Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. invites current law students and recent graduates to express interest in its Summer Law Clerk program across multiple offices nationwide.

This in-person/hybrid opportunity provides substantive litigation exposure, mentorship, and real-case experience. Clerks will work under supervision on research, motions, discovery, and trial preparation, with possible hybrid arrangements depending on office needs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled law student or recent ABA-accredited graduate.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation and hands-on experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices nationwide.
