The program provides real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse practice areas with a hybrid/on-site work model. Clerks will handle substantive work from day one, supporting attorneys on live matters and gaining practical skills in research, writing, and courtroom preparation.

Qualifications

• Current law student or recent ABA-accredited law school graduate.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
