Job summary

Choice Solutions LLC in Overland Park, KS is seeking a DevOps Intern for summer 2027 to support automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD work. The role offers hands-on experience alongside IT professionals and a final project presentation.

This on-site internship is open to rising seniors or recent grads, pays 15–17 USD per hour, and may require up to 40 hours weekly. The program emphasizes collaboration with engineers and security, and exposure to tools like Zabbix, GitLab, and ControlUp.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in an information technology related field completed or in progress (must be at minimum, a rising senior).

Responsibilities

• Work through a project that involves interacting with other engineers and software such as Zabbix, GitLab, ControlUp, etc. and will provide meaningful value back to the business
• Assist with maintaining and monitoring cloud infrastructure, servers, and development environments
• Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application testing, deployment, and releases
• Support troubleshooting of deployment issues and improve automation, monitoring, and infrastructure documentation/projects
• Support managed services team in maintaining hardware, software, applications, and other systems for customers
