Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in data science, CS, CE, statistics or mathematics; GPA 3.0+.
• At least one year of undergraduate study; strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in network technical design leadership and incident/change management processes.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, IT analysts and MSPs to support infrastructure operations.
• Develop and review ITIL-based processes; assist monitoring and automation efforts.
