Job summary

Centro Escolar University in Carmel, IN seeks a student intern to support ERP implementation and IT testing, with data cleanup and migration tasks, and to deliver a summer project to senior leadership.

The role develops data tasks, process flows, and reporting tools, while providing exposure to company leaders and mentorship opportunities. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, MIS, Business Admin or related field.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts such as networks, databases, cloud computing or business software.
• Experience in project management and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or other coding languages preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with engineers and business users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation and rollout plans.
• Conduct IT development testing to ensure solutions meet design requirements and business needs.
• Assist with data cleanup and migration, compiling data sets, flowcharts, and reporting tools for functional design documents.
• Complete and present a summer project to senior leadership.
