Responsibilities

• Jobsite Coordination: assist in laying out the project with general trades and subcontractors to ensure excellence.
• Scheduling: work with Superintendent/PM to plan schedules and maintain logs and meetings.
• Paperwork Coordination: handle shop drawings, progress photos, submittals, and site deliveries; keep records.
• Quality & Safety: communicate plans to the team and subs; update as-built drawings and promote safety culture.
• Collaboration: attend Superintendent meetings and contribute to manpower and schedule discussions.
• Project Kickoff: participate in kickoff meetings focusing on resources, safety, and certifications.
