Coca-Cola Beverages Florida invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Winter Haven for an 11-week full-time experience from May 17 to July 30, 2027. Open to juniors and seniors enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, interns receive mentoring and participate in impactful projects across operations.

Preferred majors include Sales, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related discipline with a 3.0 GPA.
• Self-starter with strong drive for results and flexibility.
• Prior food/beverage industry experience a plus.
• Proficient in computer applications and time management.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands on experience in field operations based on business needs and internship placement.
• Support daily operations in sales, manufacturing, distribution, merchandising, customer operations, or business development.
• Work with field leaders and frontline employees to understand operational processes and performance.
• Assist with projects to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
