Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related discipline with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Self-starter with a strong drive for results.
• Prior food/beverage industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Proficient computer application skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience within field operations based on current business needs and internship placement.
• Support daily operations within assigned functions such as sales, manufacturing, distribution, or customer operations.
• Work alongside field leaders and frontline employees to understand operational processes and business performance.
• Assist with projects focused on improving efficiency, productivity, customer service, or operational execution.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete an internship project addressing a real business opportunity or challenge; findings presented to executive leadership team.
