Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Summer Internship Program offers a full-time 11-week experience beginning May 17th and ending July 30th. Interns receive coaching from mentors, exposure to practical work, and participation in impactful projects across focus areas including Field Operations (North Region/Gainesville/Jacksonville).

Open to juniors and seniors enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs; preferred majors include Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, and

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Self-starter who is flexible and driven to deliver results.
• Prior food/beverage industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience within field operations based on current business needs and internship placement.
• Support daily operations in sales, manufacturing, distribution, merchandising, customer operations, or business development.
• Work with field leaders and frontline employees to understand operational processes and performance.
• Assist with projects focused on improving efficiency, productivity, customer service, or operational execution.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how different areas of the business work together.
• Complete an internship project addressing a real business opportunity and present findings to executives.
• Participate in professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.
