Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program in Winter Haven for qualified undergraduate and graduate students. The program is a full-time, 11-week internship running May 17 through July 30, with mentoring, practical work, and impactful projects.

Interns will gain hands-on experience across Field Operations and related business areas, working with field leaders and front-line staff to learn operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related discipline with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Self-starter with drive for results; ability to manage time and priorities.
• Prior food/beverage industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience within field operations across rotations.
• Support daily operations in sales, manufacturing, distribution, or customer operations.
• Work with field leaders to understand processes and performance.
• Assist with projects to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Complete an internship project and present findings to executives.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities.
