PACCAR Parts invites motivated college students to join our Renton, WA-based Dealer Experience internship. You will work with managers to support customers and dealers, learn processes, and gain hands-on exposure to the customer experience workflow.

You’ll review operations, assist with order status, shipping, pricing, and vendor lead times, and contribute to solutions for shipment issues while developing professionally in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualificações

• This internship is for students currently enrolled in college.
• Junior or senior standing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

PACCAR Parts has an exciting Dealer Experience summer internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with our Dealer Experience department, gaining exposure and experience in the Customer Experience process.

• Learn first-hand from top industry professionals
• Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers
• Develop mentoring relationships with Customer Service leaders

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes
• Review and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvements
• Assist with dealers updates on order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies.
• Determine vendor availability and lead times based on Dealer needs
• Assist with resolving issues pertaining to shipments, expediting and special order handling while providing a high level of service

Wage Scale or Salary Range

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:

• Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
• Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
• Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
