Job summary

Invesco welcomes ambitious interns to their Early Career Intern – Corporate Services program in Atlanta. The 9-week Summer Internship runs June 2027, offering hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and exposure to a global investment firm. This cohort program includes orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities.

A path to a full-time offer may follow graduation. Interns will work with talented teams, gain practical skills, and participate in events

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and expected to graduate by summer 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic, technology-focused initiatives designed to improve experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes within Corporate Services.
• Support the planning and on-site execution of employee events, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Assist with building Cvent registration sites, creating templates, managing attendee information, and preparing event reports.
• Support venue research and sourcing for meetings and events.
• Help create and maintain local vendor resources for key office locations.
• Assist with catering and conference-center event workflows, from gathering event requirements and coordinating with vendors to providing on-site support.
• Welcome employees and guests while supporting event registration desks at the Atlanta office.
• Prepare monthly North American event-volume and spend reports for senior leaders.
• Assist with travel reporting, data analysis, and program-performance reviews.
• Contribute to traveler communications, policy-related initiatives, and employee experience improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and travel suppliers to support projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with budget tracking, spend analysis, and the development of executive presentations and reporting materials.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving Travel, Meetings & Events, and Corporate Services Strategy.
• Research emerging industry practices and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop recommendations and presentation materials for leadership discussions and business reviews.
• Contribute to event-technology, client-experience, and service-delivery initiatives.
• Create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
