Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating in spring/summer of 2028.
• All majors are welcomed with a preference for Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related fields.
• A demonstrated interest in human resources and people strategy.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis with no immigration sponsorship.
• Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across HR Centers of Excellence, gaining exposure to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to contribute to HR initiatives and projects.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify insights and support process improvements across Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives that enhance employee experiences and streamline routine HR processes through automation.
