Job summary

Invesco in Atlanta is seeking an Early Career Intern in Institutional Sales (Retirement & Insurance) for a 9-week Summer Internship starting June 2027. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the investments business.

You'll work with Sales, Marketing, and Investments teams on reporting, client analysis, and materials for clients and prospects, with potential for a full-time offer after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, graduating spring/summer 2028
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Curiosity about capital markets and retirement industry
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Interest in working in a collaborative environment
• Must be able to work in Invesco’s Atlanta office
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal partners and clients
• Assist with client and prospect analysis using Fi360, BrightScope, Zephyr, and Morningstar
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Investments teams on marketing initiatives
• Develop, produce, and distribute tailored client materials
• Support prospecting and relationship-building with internal and external teams
• Maintain information in Salesforce CRM and ensure data quality
• Contribute to business plan development and performance reporting
• Participate in summer projects and North America Institutional initiatives
• Join meetings, trainings, and networking to learn about Invesco and retirement industry
