Invesco in Houston is seeking an Early Career Intern – Operations for a 9-week summer program designed to immerse you in the world of investments. You’ll gain hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional teams within a global firm.

Crush your internship and you could receive a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation. This role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and operational projects to develop essential professional skills.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation in spring/summer 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Majors welcomed: Operations, Business, Finance, and Information Systems
• Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Must be able to work in Invesco’s Houston office
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship provided for this program

Aufgaben

• Learn the Invesco business model and growth strategy across product, investment, sales, operations and corporate services
• Develop professional skills and networking across the organization and industry
• Participate in cultural, operations, and management training
• Support cross-functional operational initiatives with data analysis, reporting and documentation across teams
• Build core capabilities such as analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, teamwork and problem solving
• Participate in meetings with Early Careers operations team and contribute ideas for positive change
• Develop technical aptitude, business insight, and collaboration through project experiences
• Gain exposure to industry best practices, compliance standards, and ethical business conduct
