As Commercial Banking Intern, you will support onboarding, sales operations, and treasury management, with exposure to Salesforce, process mapping, and client service strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in progress.
• Experience in a financial institution beneficial.
• Entry-level role for interns.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts and signer changes.
• Respond to requests professionally within SLAs.
• Support development of process maps and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
• Input and track sales activities in Salesforce.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle general client service requests.
• Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs.
