Axos Bank invites you to a 12-week Summer Internship Program in San Diego, featuring hands-on banking experience, capstone project work, leadership sessions, and professional growth through Corporate Finance Institute trainings. Two session dates are available, with a broader learning experience across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.

Responsibilities include onboarding, client service, process mapping, Salesforce tracking, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and professionalism in responding to requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts and signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests within SLAs.
• Support development of process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
• Input and track sales activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle client service requests including account maintenance and user support.
• Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
