The intern will assist with onboarding new client accounts, respond to requests, and collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery while gaining exposure to Salesforce and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new client accounts and managing signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests professionally and within service‑level agreements.
• Support the development of process maps, procedures, and “Rules of Engagement” for sales teams.
• Input and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle general client service requests, including account maintenance and user support.
• Collaborate with specialty deposit groups to understand client needs and service models.
