Job summary

Allegion in Indianapolis is offering a Summer Intern- Systems Engineering at the Hague Road Technical Center. You'll assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, designs, analyses, and system block diagrams while working on real product projects.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in design reviews, and gain hands-on lab experience, problem solving, and time management skills essential for growth in product lifecycle engineering.

What You Will Do?

What You Need to Succeed?

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative, e.g., school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership on school or work projects, etc.
• Comfortable with hands-on lab work and problem solving
• Ability to work in both a team and individual setting
• Effective communication, time management, and creative problem-solving techniques
• Sophomore year must be completed by the start of the summer internship program for undergraduate candidates
• A desire to learn, grow, and develop by working on projects that will impact customers
