Job summary

Central Texas Farm Credit in Texas invites applications for the 2027 Summer Intern program. Two full-time interns will travel to multiple branch offices, interact with personnel and borrowers, and assist in daily activities.

Duration is June 7 to July 30, 2027. The program pays $15.00 per hour plus travel expenses, with housing accommodations provided. Reliable transportation is required as travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Exposure to lending, credit, operations, collateral and marketing processes.
• Ability to engage in a project with final presentation to Executive Management.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Rotates through departments to learn operations of the credit union.
• Interacts with management, loan officers, credit officers and staff.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
