AgWest Farm Credit offers a summer internship program for current college students interested in financial services, with exposure to credit/lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal. Each intern gets a dedicated coach, a research project, and a guide, with final interviews in Oct–Nov 2026 and a 10–12 week schedule from June to August.

The program is full-time, with compensation at $22.00 per hour and an optional housing stipend for interns who need temporary housing.
