Job summary

MSD Malaysia invites you to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in the Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (QP2) group of Translational Medicine. The Co-op offers up to 12 weeks of hands-on modeling, simulation, and PK/PD analysis to support drug development decisions.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, develop innovative models, contribute to scientific presentations, and gain exposure to the full drug development process from discovery to late-stage trials.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD or MS in Pharmacometrics, Clinical Pharmacology, or related fields.
• Available to work full-time for 10–12 consecutive weeks starting May/June 2027.
• Strong programming skills in R, NONMEM, MATLAB, Monolix, SAS, Phoenix NLME or Python.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative modeling, simulation, and PK/PD analyses to drug development decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentors to advance quantitative capabilities.
• Contribute to scientific presentations and publications.
