General Motors LLC seeks a Deploye Engineer Intern to lead development, deployment, execution, and adoption of GM OneOps across plants in the GMNA sector. You will serve as sector leader for planning, plant engagement, and rollout consistency.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, collaborating with plant leadership, IT, and engineering teams, with opportunities to influence standardization and adoption across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Must be graduating between December 2027 and June 2030.
• Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week during the summer months.
• Must be willing to work in a plant environment and travel to GM manufacturing facilities as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end deployment of GM OneOps across plants in the assigned sector.
• Drive standardization of plant processes, role-based workflows, and operating practices.
• Coordinate implementation activities with plant leadership, operations, and IT.
• Build and manage sector deployment plans, including milestones and risk management.
• Monitor adoption and performance post-launch and drive corrective actions.
