Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking a Safety Analysis Engineering intern for the summer 2027, a paid full-time on-site role from May through August. You will perform general safety analysis for nuclear power plants and report to the Experimental and Accident Modeling Manager.

About the role:

As a Safety Analysis Engineering intern, you will provide general safety analysis for nuclear power plants.

You will report to the Experimental and Accident Modeling Manager and be located at our Burr Ridge facility. This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.40 to $29.00 per hour.
