The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and cohort-based activities to help you grow personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis to support customer growth through addressing quality improvements.
• Engage with business units to understand processes, document requirements, and draft process design documents.
