Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. in Rochester, NY invites undergraduate and graduate students to join a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored, and participate in development workshops across business and IT tracks.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program with good academic standing.
• Interest in information governance, records management, and data lifecycle concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operationalization of retention policies across SharePoint sites.
• Support Information Enterprise Repository (IER) content ingestion activities.
• Participate in RIM program governance and oversight processes.
• Develop training materials, document procedures, and track program metrics.
• Create team communications and help with file migrations and compliance efforts.
• Prepare presentations at internship conclusion.
