Job summary

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree, certificate, or workforce training program in Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, Automation & Robotics, HVAC, Electrician, or similar program.
- Willing and able to meet all physical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced instrumentation technicians and gain hands-on experience supporting equipment reliability, maintenance, and plant operations.
- Assist with installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of process instrumentation, analyzers, and control systems.
- Learn the permitting process and gain exposure to day-to-day responsibilities of instrumentation technicians in an industrial environment.
- Develop ability to interpret technical documents, including loop drawings, instrument documentation, and P&ID diagrams.
- Support commissioning, startup, testing, and reliability initiatives while building practical skills in instrumentation and process control systems.
- Partner with technicians and engineers on projects and troubleshooting efforts that help maintain safe and reliable plant operations.
