Job summary

CNO Financial Group invites a motivated HR Programs & Associate Experience Intern to support the Associate Services team during the 2027 Summer Internship Program. You will assist with planning, communications, and knowledge management, and help coordinate events.

The role focuses on delivering a positive, engaging intern experience under supervision, with hands-on exposure to HR programs and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Interest in HR, communications, program management, or business operations.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary coordinator for the 2027 Summer Internship Program under leadership supervision.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, communication, and execution of intern program events and activities.
• Partner with interns, managers, and business leaders to support a positive internship experience.
• Track program milestones, feedback, attendance, and engagement activities.
• Create and update communications, presentations, and Associate-facing resources.
• Maintain knowledge articles, job aids, and other team resources.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance team effectiveness and the Associate experience.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
