Job summary

WEC Energy Group, through WEC Business Services LLC, seeks an HR Labor Relations Intern in Milwaukee, WI for Summer 2027. The internship is full-time during the season with an hourly rate of $21.30 and paid company holidays.

The intern will support Employee/Labor Relations activities within a unionized environment, assist with grievance documentation, analyze data, and participate in meetings and investigations. Travel within Southeast WI is infrequent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, HR Management, Business Administration or related field with graduation after June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee/Labor Relations projects while developing skills and communication.
• Assist with labor agreements, grievance documentation, and investigations.
• Accept infrequent travel within Southeast WI as needed.
