Job summary

The Human Resources internship at WEC Energy Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin offers hands-on experience supporting Employee/Labor Relations in a unionized setting. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics or closely related discipline with a graduation date after June 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Support staff on projects while developing skills, technical expertise, interpersonal and communication skills, and Employee/Labor Relations skills
• Build working knowledge within Employee/ Labor Relations through exposure to a variety of daily tasks, and projects
• Infrequent travel required within Southeast WI
