Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and CPR/First Aid certified.
• Ability to articulate the gospel of Jesus Christ as communicated in Scripture.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Live with and mentor 4–6 campers per 2-week session.
• Lead small group Bible studies and spiritual guidance.
• Assist wrangler lead with horse care and safety; supervise horsemanship activities.
• Maintain camp areas, cabins, and equipment; report hazards promptly.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to a positive staff community.
