Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is offering a Summer 2026 Graphic Design Corporate Internship in Chicago, IL. This program runs May 26 to August 4, culminating in an Intern Expo.

You will work with the Graphic Design team at the corporate office, attend weekly educational meetings, and contribute to live expo projects and festival events, gaining hands-on experience across branding, marketing, and UI/UX tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior year or higher of college/university studying Graphic Design.
• Availability to work all days of Windy City Smokeout festival (July 9-12, 2026).
• Ability to commute to the Lettuce Corporate office on Chicago’s far northside.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and perform a variety of graphic designer functions using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Drive.
• Conceptualizing, designing, updating, presenting and producing branded digital and physical collateral for multiple Lettuce concepts.
• Collaborating on UI/UX design and in-house production of print materials.
• Performing administrative tasks including organizing files for print and data entry.
