Job summary

GCM Grosvenor is seeking an intern to join the Fund Data Reporting and Analytics Team in Chicago. You will prepare portfolio performance reports and analyses to support business development and marketing for private equity, infrastructure, and real estate investments.

The role collaborates with Client Services, Marketing, Corporate, and Investment teams to deliver timely reports and analyses. The position emphasizes organization, teamwork, and strong communication under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics with outstanding academic credentials is required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to articulate complex thoughts clearly.
• Microsoft Excel skills and aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity; adaptable and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate portfolios.
• Prepare, analyze, and report performance information for business development, marketing, and investment teams.
• Develop historical and forward‑looking analyses for fees, carried interest, and expenses.
• Assist in Master Entity Data management across the fund and investment universe.
• Manage multiple ad‑hoc projects and respond to varying deadlines while coordinating with stakeholders.
