Empower Learning in Eagan, MN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop essential life skills, improve social interactions, and reduce challenging behaviors.

This in-person role involves working directly with individuals, collecting and recording data on progress, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure effective

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
