Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and you will complete the 40-hour RBT course after onboarding.

These part-time roles offer flexible afternoon or evening hours, opportunities for growth within a thriving ABA field, and immediate access to earning through Same Day Pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
