Job summary

EMPOWER LEARNING INC in Eagan, MN seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide focused therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and help clients acquire essential life skills while collaborating with a clinical team.

This in-person role offers both full-time and part-time options, with a supportive environment and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and patient care. They implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop essential life skills, improve social interactions, and reduce problematic behaviors.
