Our team works closely together to provide ethical, compassionate, and effective ABA services while maintaining client dignity, safety, professionalism, and compliance with Minnesota DHS and Medicaid expectations. Alongside center based therapy, we run daily community outings to help clients practice and generalize skills in real world settings.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. Behavior Technicians play an extremely important role in our clients' daily lives. This position involves active teaching, behavior support, supervision, communication, data collection, and assisting with client care needs throughout the session. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and implements behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients build essential life skills, improve social interactions, and reduce challenging behaviors.

We work closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, mental health professionals, case workers, and school social workers, which gives our team a firsthand look at the different supports and resources available to our clients. We also offer supervision and internship placements. The majority of our staff are current students or graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees, all at different stages of their careers. If you are exploring where your career could go, this is a great environment to learn, ask questions, and see how it all comes together.
