Job summary

You'll work in the accounting function, supporting journal entries, reconciliations, and project work, while participating in professional development sessions and networking events.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between May 2028 and May 2029
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• The financial accounting intern provides support to the Charter financial accounting team by assisting with the creation of journal entries, reviewing results and preparing account reconciliations, as well as other ad hoc project work.
• All things financial accounting - Intern would be utilized to support closing the books process including creation of journal entries, reviewing results and preparing account reconciliations. Additional work could include account analysis and project support.
