Job summary

Charter Communications is offering a paid, full-time internship in Finance/Accounting for the 2027 summer. You will work with the Financial Reporting Department and two teams, gaining real-world experience in the telecommunications sector. The program includes mentoring, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities.

Open to rising juniors and seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, pursuing a bachelor’s degree, and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or rising senior with expected graduation May 2028–May 2029.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• GPA 3.0 or higher in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist across the Financial Reporting Department with SOX and ESG reporting tasks.
• Support tie-out procedures for 10-Q/10-K filings and monthly consolidations.
• Record journal entries and perform reconciliations for various business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend kickoff conferences and cross-functional projects.
• Present conclusions to key company personnel and participate in quarterly close activities.
