Evo’s summer internship program teaches real-world sales skills by showing you how to open conversations, handle rejection, and close deals with homeowners. It emphasizes practical learning beyond classroom theory.

You’ll conduct outside sales, present options, and own the full sales cycle, with daily coaching and weekly training to accelerate growth. Relocation assistance and equipment are provided for a hands-on summer experience.

• No prior experience required; you do not need to be enrolled in college or be of college age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
