Evo’s summer internship program focuses on teaching practical sales skills beyond the classroom. You will engage homeowners in person, present options, and manage the full sales cycle with guidance from a dedicated sales trainer. The role emphasizes resilience, communication, and a growth mindset within a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Relocation assistance and comprehensive training are provided, with performance-based incentives and team competitions throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
