Job summary

Evo’s summer internship is designed to close the gap between classroom learning and real-world sales. You will conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners, present service options, and own the entire sales cycle from first contact to decision.

No experience is required. Relocation assistance and equipment provided (including an iPad) accompany comprehensive pre-season and in-season coaching, with daily coaching from a full-time sales trainer and team-based

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
