Job summary

Evo is offering a summer internship to develop essential sales and communication skills through direct, in-person outreach to homeowners. You will present service options, tailor plans, and own the entire sales cycle from introduction to decision.

Relocation assistance, equipment (including an iPad), and daily coaching from a full-time sales trainer are provided, with team competitions and performance incentives throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in sales, communication, and personal development.
• Growth mindset and coachable.
• No experience required; you do not need to be enrolled in college or be of college age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting, not shadowing someone else’s deal.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
