Job summary

Evo is offering a seasonal sales internship in which you will engage homeowners in person, present service options, and tailor plans to fit each household’s needs. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle under guided coaching, gaining practical experience in a real-world setting.

Open to individuals with no prior experience, you will develop communication skills, learn to handle rejection, and build a growth mindset. Relocation assistance and equipment are provided for the summer program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.
• Present service options and match plans to each household’s needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle — not lead-setting or shadowing other deals.
• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
