Qualifications

• Interest in a career in construction (demonstrated).
• Preferred degree in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Document control
• Interpret blueprint construction drawings and technical manuals
• Maintain master set of project drawings and specifications
• Update drawing revision log, distribute revised drawings to field
• Project tracking and scheduling
• Status the percent complete of the project
• Review current cost and project future costs
• Assist the sequencing of a work plan
• Create a 3 week look-ahead for planned activities by crew
• Estimating and purchasing activities
• Receive pricing quotes and issue purchase orders
• Coordinate delivery of material and storage
• Subcontract management and coordination

Education

Preferred degree in construction management or engineering
