Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking motivated college students for a summer internship as an Associate Project Engineer. The program provides mentorship, hands-on activities, and exposure to the specialty construction industry.

Interns will develop foundational skills in construction management, submit weekly project recaps, and work closely with a dedicated mentor guiding them through the Intern Activities Checklist.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant engineering program (civil/construction) pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and adapt to a hands-on environment.
• Interest in construction management and learning through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction management tasks and project documentation.
• Participate in training and mentorship in the Associate Project Engineer internship.
