Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in a career in construction.
• Preferred degree in construction management or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Document control and maintain master set of project drawings.
• Interpret blueprint construction drawings and technical manuals.
• Update drawing revision log and distribute revised drawings to field.
• Project tracking and scheduling: status percent complete and compare to estimate and schedule.
• Assist sequencing of a work plan and create a 3-week look-ahead for planned activities.
• Estimating, pricing, and purchasing work; coordinate material delivery and orders.
• Prepare/write subcontracts and coordinate subcontractor work.
• Manage subcontractor change orders and organize submittals and RFIs.
