Responsibilities

• Complete HR onboarding and site safety orientation.
• Understand Bilfinger’s safety culture and QA standards.
• Learn project lifecycle, documentation, and core CM duties.
• Shadow CMs, PMs, and site leaders to observe operations.
• Participate in a defined site-based project or process improvement task.
• Complete online safety and CM training.
