Job summary

Bilfinger North America is seeking motivated Construction Management Interns for a 12-week summer program across various sites. You will gain hands-on experience in project delivery, safety and field operations while supporting a project team. Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

No U.S. visa sponsorship available; travel as needed. Mentors will guide onboarding, field exposure, and a capstone project.

Qualifications

• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and site safety orientation with project team.
• Understand Bilfinger’s safety culture and quality standards.
• Learn project lifecycle and core construction management responsibilities.
• Shadow CMs, PMs, and site leaders to observe daily operations.
• Participate in a defined site-based project or process improvement task.
• Complete online training on safety awareness and construction management basics.
• Attend mentoring check-ins and receive guidance throughout the internship.
• Develop a capstone project reflecting learning and contributions.
