Job summary

Bilfinger North America is seeking motivated Construction Management Interns for a 12-week summer program across various sites. You will gain hands-on experience in project delivery, safety and field operations while supporting a project team. Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

No U.S. visa sponsorship available; travel as needed. Mentors will guide onboarding, field exposure, and a capstone project.

Qualifications

GPA minimum 3.0.
Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and site safety orientation with project team.
Understand Bilfinger’s safety culture and quality standards.
Learn project lifecycle and core construction management responsibilities.
Shadow CMs, PMs, and site leaders to observe daily operations.
Participate in a defined site-based project or process improvement task.
Complete online training on safety awareness and construction management basics.
Attend mentoring check-ins and receive guidance throughout the internship.
Develop a capstone project reflecting learning and contributions.
