• GPA minimum of 3.0.
• Willingness to travel as needed for site assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding, site orientation, and safety training.
• Shadow construction managers and site leaders to learn daily operations and planning meetings.
• Assist with field tasks, project documentation, and process improvement efforts under mentor guidance.
• Engage in self-paced online training covering safety and CM basics.
• Attend regular feedback sessions with supervisors and mentors.
• Develop a capstone project reflecting learning and contributions.
